In January, 2026, McDanel Advanced Materials and Richland Glass completed a strategic merger, bringing together two highly complementary material science organizations to form a stronger and more integrated provider of Advanced Ceramics, Optical Technologies, and Engineered Glass Solutions for the world's most demanding mission-critical applications.

The same experienced team, engineering expertise, manufacturing capabilities, and customer support will continue without interruption. There will be no disruption to production schedules, deliveries, contracts, or service. Additionally, our tax ID and payment information remains the same.
