With more than 20 years of global commercial leadership experience, I am passionate about building high-performing, cross-functional teams that drive scalable growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver differentiated value in complex industrial and technology markets.

I currently serve as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at McDanel Advanced Material Technologies, where I lead the full commercial engine across our Core 4 markets - Aerospace, Defense, Semiconductor, and Life Sciences, as well as our newly integrated businesses. My role spans enterprise revenue strategy, P&L ownership, go-to-market design, pricing and margin management, pipeline acceleration, and the alignment of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product/Engineering to a unified growth agenda.

Throughout my career, I’ve led organizations through transformation, including PE-backed integrations, culture building, and multi-site commercial alignment. I’m committed to creating clarity, elevating accountability, and empowering teams to perform at their highest level. My approach blends data-driven decision making with a people-first leadership philosophy - one where teams feel valued, heard, and inspired to win.

I have deep experience in new business development, strategic account expansion, and value-based commercial frameworks.
